As a Cross‑Functional Representative, you will:

• Provide general customer service, checking on the front end, and work across multiple departments in packaging, stocking, rotation, production, and sanitation duties.
• Once eligible, become an Owner in the company, demonstrating commitment, hard work, and focus on quality and Customer service.

• Provide excellent customer service; answer questions regarding products, take orders, and assist with product selection.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build department sales.
• Make regular product announcements to inform customers.
• Work a flexible schedule to accommodate shifts of different departments.
• Perform duties in multiple departments, including technical or perishable areas such as bakery, floral, market, etc.
• Carry out stocking and replenishment, product returns and rotation, product selection, service support, inventory accuracy, and additional duties across the total store.
• Build, stock, and maintain displays and fixtures.
• Assist with inventory control; load, unload, and move product.
• Slices, packages, labels, rotates, merchandises, culls, and prices product.
• Gain knowledge of multiple departments and apply understanding of processes and policies.
• Comply with store and department SOPs, policies, and applicable laws.
• When not performing cross‑functional duties, work as a Checker for the Service cross‑functional team.

• Ensure compliance with departmental and store SOPs for food safety and sanitation.
• Properly operate and maintain all equipment.
• Clean and sanitize sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment.
