Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to join our growing team in Fredericksburg, TX. This is a full-time, employed position offering the opportunity to provide comprehensive women’s health and maternity care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Details:

• Full-scope midwifery practice including prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and well-woman visits
• Collaborative team environment with OB/GYNs, family medicine physicians, and nursing staff

Qualifications:

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with active national certification
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
