A respected Drug Treatment Facility in the Texas Hill Country seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver exceptional care to adults recovering from substance‑use and co‑occurring behavioral conditions. ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive assessments and monitor patients through detoxification.
Administer medications and observe responses using CIWA/COWS protocols.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff on individualized care plans.
Educate patients and families on recovery and relapse prevention.
Ensure accurate, timely documentation compliant with state and facility standards.
Active, unencumbered Texas RN license.
Current BLS required; ACLS preferred.
One or more years of behavioral‑health, detox, or acute‑care experience.
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
