The City of Fredericksburg is accepting applications for a Facility Coordinator. Under the administrative direction of the Public Information Officer, this position ensures smooth day-to-day operations inside City Hall by managing office functions, front desk services, and building logistics. The role focuses on administrative efficiency, exceptional public service, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment for staff and citizens. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will provide information and direct inquiries to the appropriate department, coordinate meeting spaces, serve as a liaison of internal communications for all departments, and other administrative functions as needed.
