Williams Electric, part of a family-owned commercial construction firm, is seeking an Electrical Foreman to join their team in Frederick, MD.

If you have 3+ years of electrical trade supervisory experience, then this is the role for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Point of contact for general contractor’s field superintendent.
  • Possess complete knowledge of all drawings, specifications, construction schedules, electrical equipment submittals, and mechanical equipment submittals.
  • Work consists of installations, alterations, additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial and industrial electrical industry.
  • Responsible for managing and training all electrical jobsite field personnel.
  • Perform all electrical tasks including reading and accurately interpreting construction electrical drawings, terminate cables, and install and troubleshoot control wiring from drawings.
  • Demonstrate safe work habits and proper care for tools and equipment.
  • Responsible for providing and establishing a safe workplace for all employees onsite.
  • Responsible for the complete field execution of the construction and performance of the electrical contract work.
  • Responsible for tracking jobsite materials and tools.
  • Responsible for scheduling and conducting all jobsite inspections, testing, and owner training.
  • Promote company reputation and maintain an optimistic outlook and positive attitude with the ultimate goal of providing the best service to clients.
