We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVACR systems for commercial clients. This role ensures safety, quality, and compliance while leading by example and mentoring technicians.

Details:

Lead and mentor HVAC technicians; assign and monitor work.

Perform complex HVAC installations, diagnostics, and repairs.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; field team inquiries.

Ensure compliance with codes, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.

Participate in final start-up and commissioning of systems.

Provide on-call support as needed.

Responsibilities:

Oversee HVAC service projects from start-up to completion.

Implement company SOPs and ensure code-compliant work.

Support team troubleshooting and technical inquiries.

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and uphold quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC training preferred.

Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience.

EPA Certification (Section 608) required.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read technical diagrams and implement low-voltage wiring.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
