F.H. Furr is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure the consistent delivery of top-tier HVAC workmanship and compliance with safety standards. This role includes reviewing HVAC installations, providing technical feedback, and supporting our team’s commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:- Conduct on-site quality checks for completed residential HVAC jobs
- Ensure all work complies with code, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards
- Provide field coaching and support to installation and service teams
- Perform warranty and return service calls
- Confirm systems operate correctly and address any workmanship concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation of QA evaluations and outcomes
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and safety standards
- High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site visits daily
- Hourly Pay: $25–$40/hour based on experience
