Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service, maintenance, and repair to HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and solve a variety of heating, cooling, and ventilation problems. You will be the face of our company when interacting with customers, so excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning systems, and ductwork.Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues using advanced tools and techniques.Conduct system inspections to identify potential problems and provide proactive recommendations to clients.Install new HVAC units and components as needed, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used, service details, and customer interactions.Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure safe working conditions for yourself and others.Provide excellent customer service, explaining services rendered and offering advice for system improvements or replacements.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or certification in HVAC is preferred).Proven experience working as an HVAC technician (minimum 5 years).EPA Universal Certification is required.Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including residential and commercial units.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and customer service skills.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.What We Offer:
