This role requires a PhD or MS in a life science and at least 6 years of hands-on experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in developing scalable manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000, complemented by a bonus plan and generous benefits.
