- Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.
- Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between to solve problems and build trusted relationships.
- Listen to customers, clearly explain practical solutions, and win over customers with confidence and care.

- Serve as a problem solver by utilizing in‑depth training to decide on the best pest solution for each customer’s needs.
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and using assigned leads from a robust advertising budget.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain products and services.
- Inspect interior and exterior of the customer’s home.
- Make recommendations based on inspection findings; address questions, explain processes, and set expectations.
- Stay organized and prepare sales agreements using a company‑provided iPad, receiving training on its use.

- Compensation from $50,000 USD to $80,000 USD per year (base + commissions).

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willing to work in different weather conditions.
