This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Inside Sales Associate, located in Frederick, MD. The Inside Sales Representative will support sales operations by managing incoming customer inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Daily responsibilities include handling orders, generating leads, providing product recommendations, and collaborating with other departments to meet business goals. The representative will also perform account management tasks, including maintaining accounts and identifying growth opportunities.

• Experience in Inside Sales to process orders and respond to customer inquiries
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure positive experiences and build lasting relationships
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify opportunities and grow client accounts
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively on‑site as part of a collaborative team in Frederick, MD
• Familiarity with lighting systems, stage equipment, or theatrical supplies is a plus
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales management software is a bonus
