At Audio‑Video Group, LLC—a rapidly growing, 25‑year‑old AV integration firm—we’re seeking an experienced Sales Representative to help expand our reach and deliver exceptional technology experiences to our clients.

You’ll own the full sales cycle—from uncovering opportunities to presenting solutions and securing long‑term partnerships—all while collaborating closely with our engineering and installation teams to bring integrated AV systems to life.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive New Business:
    Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities across diverse markets, including higher education, local government, houses of worship, corporate environments, healthcare facilities, and public bid processes.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships:
    Build strong, trusted relationships through consistent communication, deep understanding of client needs, and delivery of tailored AV solutions.
  • Manage the Entire Sales Journey:
    Oversee the sales process from initial outreach, site assessments, and discovery meetings all the way through proposal delivery, project handoff, and post‑sale follow‑up.
  • Develop Effective Solutions:
    Partner with our engineering team to design scalable and practical AV systems that solve client challenges and provide long‑term value.
  • Prepare Proposals & Bids:
    Create accurate, compelling proposals and participate in competitive bid submissions for both public and private sector opportunities.
  • Own Your Pipeline:
    Use our CRM system to track leads, organize client interactions, maintain a clear sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow‑up and accurate forecasting.
  • Stay Current:
    Keep up with evolving AV technologies and industry trends, and communicate technical information to clients in a clear and engaging way.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Work closely with project managers, engineers, technicians, and support staff to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven Sales

    Experience:

    5+ years of successful sales experience in the audio‑visual industry or a related technical field.
  • Relationship Builder: A demonstrated ability to develop and grow new and existing client relationships.
