This role involves a variety of non-sales functions to support store operations and the customer experience, including order fulfillment, assisting customers in the lot, and administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. Individuals in these positions must work cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and operate with little/some supervision. They should be detail-oriented with proven time management skills and maintain a high level of integrity at all times, while remaining focused on store-specific business objectives and supporting key operational responsibilities.

Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

$16.50/hr - $18.50/hr

• Provide non-sales support to ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assist customers in the lot, or provide administrative services.
• Interact directly with customers or vendors when required.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise; answer questions on product order status.
• Handle cash management or program compliance as applicable.
• Collaborate with other Associates, vendors, carriers, and operate with little/some supervision; maintain integrity and focus on store objectives.
• Support key operational responsibilities as assigned.
