• Be a Team Member – Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests, educates other associates on tools and resources, mentors new technicians, and develops interpersonal skills for safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert – Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS Tire‑Pressure Monitoring Systems, product specifications, seasonality, and Point of Sale systems.
• Be a Techie – Leverages digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement using handheld technology and systems for immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner – Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs, tracks returns and special orders, operates cash registers, maintains inventory, audits safety and compliance, reports hazards, completes paperwork, and assists members with purchasing decisions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador – Acts as a brand advocate, models high‑quality service, and supports a team‑oriented culture, mentoring and inspiring others.
• Work with Integrity and Customer Focus – Upholds Walmart values, acts with honesty, humility, and contributes to a culture of belonging.
