$15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register; provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with all team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
• Recommend items for sale and trade‑ups or companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; take inventory and keep records.
• Check in and price merchandise as required or directed by store manager or shift leader.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise; complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement; rotate stock using first‑in, first‑out methods.
• Operate store systems and equipment; provide photo‑area customer service (digital passport, poster print, etc.).
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities; monitor orders, pick items, and deliver to customers upon arrival.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to keep the store neat and orderly.
• Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers; comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Approximately six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
