We are seeking a full‑time experienced Swing‑shift Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team.

• Answer and triage phone calls from clients.
• Schedule appointments and procedures.
• Check in clients and monitor flow.
• Manage record requests and process payment transactions.
• Assist with additional client service tasks as needed.
