$30,000 Sign-On Bonus

Asthe Medical Director, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinarymedicine. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee theveterinary team, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet carethrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.

Qualifications:

• DVM degree froman accredited university and an active state license
• Minimum of 5years experience in a GP animal hospital
• Commitment to practicing world-class veterinarymedicine
• Skillful abilityto delegate, develop, and inspire a winning team
• Top- notchcommunication and coaching talents

Compensation:

• Base salary of $125,000-$150,000 DOE
• Production-based bonuses
