West Frederick Veterinary Hospital in Frederick, MD is seeking a Medical Director to add to their team!

Our hospital offers: AAHA-Accredited, AAFP membership covered for doctors, 4 Day Work Week, No Weekends, No After-Hour Emergencies, Pet Care Coverage, and a $30,000 Sign-On Bonus.

As the Medical Director, you'll keep doing what you love - practicing veterinary medicine. But you'll also provide vital medical leadership, oversee the veterinary team, and cultivate an environment where exceptional pet care thrives. You'll develop medical protocols, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with the practice manager on finances, budgeting, and operational optimization.

• DVM degree from an accredited university and an active state license
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a GP animal hospital
