Join our dedicated team as a weekend Registered Nurse (RN) supervisor in a stable, 100-bed facility committed to consistent, compassionate care.
As an RN supervisor, you will provide direct resident care, fostering meaningful connections to ensure residents feel supported, comfortable, and valued. Your expertise will uphold high-quality, outcome-focused nursing practices.
Requirements & Responsibilities- Current RN license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Deliver optimal resident care and communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and families
- Use nursing processes to ensure quality outcomes
- Full-time, PRN, or part-time shifts, with daily pay options
- Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (full-time)
- 401(k) and PTO (full-time)
- Up to $52/hour (plus shift differential), $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time RNs
- Referral program
