Junior Lab Technician

Nex Info is seeking a Junior Lab Technician to support one of our pharmaceutical manufacturing clients. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in a regulated GMP laboratory environment. The technician will assist with daily lab operations, inventory management, and documentation while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.

• Support routine laboratory operations and manufacturing workflows
• Stock, organize, and manage sterile and non-sterile laboratory supplies using FIFO principles
• Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and inventory records in compliance with cGMP requirements
• Assist with material handling, lab setup, and general operational support
• Follow all safety, quality, and cGMP procedures at all times
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and lab teams as needed

• Associate’s degree or High School Diploma with 0–1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, or laboratory operations
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and repetitive motion for most of the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
