About the Role
Coordinates and supports field supervisors, ensuring effective commercial plumbing services and customer satisfaction. Works independently on complex issues and reports to the CS Field Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with CS Field Manager to report task highlights (office, phone call or in the field).
- Meet w/ Quality Control person to go over jobs from day before and current day.
- Meet with all supervisors (Huddle) to review daily accomplishments (office, phone, Teams or in the field)
- Assign supervisors to all larger more difficult jobs. Confirm material and equipment are correct, ordered, and available before the jobs begin.
- Assign estimates to supervisors and follow up for timely completion.
- Review all estimates and awarded jobs to confirm labor, material, and equipment accuracy.
- Be available for field team members who may have issues with their supervisor.
- Monitor Contract scheduling.
- Maintain and monitor a rental log of all equipment, require supervisor accountability.
- Competitive Salary: $100,000-$130,000 annually, based on experience
