Basic Function
This is a cleaning position and a training position for new Team Members. The trainer will work as a Team Captain or solo cleaner on days when they are not training. Trainees are expected to understand and effectively follow all Merry Maids cleaning techniques and procedures using Merry Maids products and equipment. Candidates must speak both English and Spanish.

Essential Qualifications
- Ability to speak and hear clearly in both English and Spanish, in person and on the phone.
- Read English and Spanish at an adult level.
- Write clearly in English.
Special Requirements
- Ability to drive a personal car to multiple work sites throughout the day.
- Ability to withstand regular contact with pet hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
- Ability to wash all hard surface floors on hands and knees.
