Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Fill, Health and Wellness Operations – Heal

Responsibilities

• Maintain sorter operation by removing full totes from the sorter tote location, replenishing empty totes, scanning totes and locations with a handheld scanner, and rearranging individual units in totes to ensure proper fill rates.
• Manage product deliveries by preparing, reviewing, and verifying receiving documentation and reports; process counting, separating, and scanning product; operate computer software and basic applications to track and identify product unloading from trailers manually or with powered equipment; organize inventory and transfer products to production stations; maintain records, logs, and forms such as shipping manifests.
• Stock drugs by opening boxes with box cutters and knives without damaging contents; monitor product size and make adjustments; label, scan, and sort drug types; transport drugs to designated locations; store excess drugs on overstock shelves or racks; operate forklift to transport skid items in the pharmacy.
• Maintain quality accuracy and inventory integrity by removing damaged or expired product, identifying and resolving discrepancies, informing management about incorrect processes, and providing basic maintenance to equipment, including cleaning, changing labels, bags, and ribbons.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities and adapt to change.
• Ensure accurate packing and shipping of pharmacy products by packing prescriptions, scanning medication leaflets, placing packages on conveyors for delivery; pack temperature‑sensitive medication per specifications; ensure supplies are included in each shipment; stock workstations; process and label shipments using approved carrier software; complete and verify paperwork for pickup and delivery.

Hourly wage range: $15.20 – $22.80, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation may include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
