. Potential for a hybrid schedule with primary in-office work in Frederick, MD.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and experienced attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional legal services in Estate Administration and Probate matters. Responsibilities- Handle and oversee all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Prepare and file Probate Petitions, Accountings, and Inventories.
- Assist the Estate Planning team as needed, contributing expertise and support on related matters.
- Extensive experience in probate law.
- Proven ability to supervise or mentor paralegals and junior attorneys.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Compensation is based on probate law experience and billable hours.
$110,000 - $165,000 yearly
