• Handle and oversee all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Prepare and file Probate Petitions, Accountings, and Inventories.
• Assist the Estate Planning team as needed, contributing expertise and support on related matters.

• Extensive experience in probate law.
• Proven ability to supervise or mentor paralegals and junior attorneys.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Compensation is based on probate law experience and billable hours.

$110,000 - $165,000 yearly
