A. Clark seeks a detail-oriented go-getter and problem-solver for an experienced Probate Paralegal position for our busy Estate Planning and Probate law firm. We are a small law firm looking for a candidate with great attention to detail, the ability to follow specific instructions, and the ability to figure things out with minimal hand-holding.

• Prepare Probate Accountings and Inventories
• Work directly with clients to gather missing information
• Manage client information and organize client files
• Handle all aspects of Probate and Estate Administration
• Help the Estate Planning team as needed

• We are seeking a Probate Paralegal with at least 3-5 years of preparing Probate Inventories, Accountings, and Estate Tax returns.
• We are an Apple-based office, so you will need to know how to navigate and troubleshoot a Mac computer without needing the assistance of others.
