Microsoft Certified Trainer; MCT

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) with 3–5 years of experience to lead our technical training initiatives. As an MCT, you will be the premier technical and instructional expert, responsible for delivering official Microsoft courseware to upskill our IT professionals and clients. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical knowledge in [Insert Domain, e.g., Azure, M365] and a proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable learning.

• Official Course Delivery:
  Deliver live virtual and in-person training using the official Microsoft curriculum and Courseware.
• Curriculum Management:
  Stay current with rapid Microsoft technology evolutions, ensuring training materials, lab setups, and presentations reflect the latest product roadmaps.
• Instructional Excellence:
  Adapt complex technical information into manageable modules, manage varying student skill levels, and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Assessment & Feedback:
  Monitor student progress via quizzes and hands‑on exercises, providing real‑time feedback to ensure high proficiency and certification readiness.
• Reporting & Quality:
  Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and document training activity through official tools like Metrics That Matter (MTM) as required for annual MCT renewal.
• Community Engagement:
  Actively participate in the MCT Lounge and regional MCT events to stay informed on beta exams and new instructional resources.

• Certification:
  Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status is mandatory.
• Technical Credential:
  Must hold at least one current Associate or Expert‑level Microsoft role‑based certification (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Power platform).
• Educational Background:
  Bachelor’s Degree:
  Required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree (Preferred):
  In Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or Computer Science.
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of experience in technical training delivery, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Instructional Proof:
  Demonstrated proof of instructional skills through an approved provider or verified teaching experience. Exceptional skills in presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal communication engage diverse learners.

Bachelor’s Degree:
Required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Master’s Degree (Preferred):
In Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or Computer Science.

Experience:

3–5 years of experience in technical training delivery, specifically within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Instructional Proof:
Demonstrated proof of instructional skills through an approved provider or verified teaching experience. Exceptional skills in presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal communication engage diverse learners.

• Experience with Microsoft Teams and virtual lab environments (e.g., Microsoft Labs Online).
• Prior experience as an independent consultant or with a Microsoft Training Services Partner.
• Specialization in emerging areas like Microsoft Copilot or AI-900, Experience with Power platform, including Power Apps and Power BI, familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and agile methodologies.
