Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (on-site)

Job Description:The HR Generalist will serve as an integral member of the Human Resources team, taking ownership of key employee lifecycle processes while providing hands‑on support across multiple HR functions. This role goes beyond administrative tasks and is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys leading processes, working cross‑functionally, and being an active presence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage all employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience
- Coordinate recruitment logistics, including posting positions and supporting applicant tracking system workflows
- Administer and enhance employee recognition and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within the HRIS
- Support HR programs related to benefits, leave administration, performance management, and training
- Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, escalating complex matters as appropriate
- Partner with leadership and internal departments to support HR initiatives and organizational needs
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and recommend best practices
- Assist with reporting, audits, and special HR projects as needed
- 3–6 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
- Proven experience independently managing onboarding and offboarding processes
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employee data management
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus
