As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Move Up ABA Maryland, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, led by our expert Chief Clinical Officer, Monique Mc Govern (MS, BCBA®, LBA). Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy services to children and adults with autism and related disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with autism and related disorders.

• Implement Behavior Analysis Interventions (BAI) under the supervision of a BCBA.

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.

• I'd like you to maintain accurate, detailed records of client sessions and progress.

• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current with best practices in ABA.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or have a strong background in ABA principles and techniques

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in a related field is a plus

• 0 years of experience or recent graduates are welcome to apply

• Ability to work a part-time schedule (approx. 20 hours per week)
