Physical Therapist

Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Conduct manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

• Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Proficiency in treatment planning and care planning
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and exercise techniques
• BLS certification and licensure in Physical Therapy

• Experience in acute care and discharge planning
• Specialization in orthopedic diagnosis and pain management
