Daily Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Conduct manual therapy techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and self-care techniques
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
- Proficiency in treatment planning and care planning
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions and exercise techniques
- BLS certification and licensure in Physical Therapy
- Experience in acute care and discharge planning
- Specialization in orthopedic diagnosis and pain management
