Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center Based

Senior Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) III – a senior-level administrative and clinical leadership position. Work under the Clinical Director to provide clinical support, mentorship, training, and coverage for Clinical Supervisors.

Partner closely with the Clinical Director to ensure service delivery meets operational and clinical targets, supporting client progress and success.

• Verbal Beginnings is a BHCOE-accredited, BCBA-owned and operated autism therapy provider serving children with autism.
• Mission: improve the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA care.
• Team of 100+ BCBAs, dedicated admin support, and professional development, including mentorship, conferences, and a training academy.

• Train and mentor Clinical Supervisors to achieve competence and independence.
• Ensure coverage during Supervision absences and maintain positive classroom culture.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on supervision and treatment fidelity.
• Assist in rollout of new clinical initiatives and medically authorized hours.
• Uphold BACB ethical code and CASP guidelines.
• Present CEU events, supervise trainees, and coordinate care with other professionals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and licensure for at least 2 years.
• License in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure.
• Dedication to high-quality, outcomes-based client care.

• Move quickly and safely in response to aggressive or self-injurious behavior.
• Handle protective carries and environmental arrangements.
• Pass Safety Care training and re-certifications.

• $100,000 base salary.
• Up to $8,000 annual BACB supervision opportunity.
• Unlimited referral bonuses.
• Full-time, 40-hour/week with variable Monday-Friday hours 7:30am-5:30pm.
