• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Complete proper documentation using Home Care Home Base EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks such as basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks.
• Perform basic housekeeping and shopping tasks.

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
• Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide provides care
• Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up to 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services, an affiliated company that recently acquired certain Amidisys home health and hospice operations, is recruiting candidates for open positions within those operations. The successful candidate will initially be employed by Amidisys until January 1, 2026 at the latest. During this period, Amidisys will perform all administrative onboarding activities and offer benefits coverage under Amidisys employee benefit plans.

On or before January 1, 2026, the successful candidate’s employment will be transferred to Adoration Home Health / Bright Spring Health Services. At all times, this company will make all hiring decisions, supervise, and direct the work of the successful candidate.
