Our client is seeking a senior SAP PP/QM Subject Matter Expert to support a large S/4
HANA manufacturing transformation initiative.
This is a hybrid role requiring approximately 2–3 days per week onsite in Frederick, MD.
Responsibilities- Lead design workshops for Production Planning and Quality processes
- Configure PP modules including MRP, BOM, Routing, Scheduling, and Execution
- Configure QM processes including Inspection, Quality Control, and Supplier/Customer Quality
- Integrate SAP with shopfloor systems (MES, SCADA, etc.)
- Support cross-functional integration across the manufacturing landscape
- Provide strong client-facing functional leadership
- 10+ years SAP implementation experience in Manufacturing
- Strong expertise in SAP PP with QM integration
- Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4
HANA implementations - Automotive or Discrete Manufacturing experience required
- Experience with SAP Activate methodology
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- S/4
HANA PP/QM certification preferred - Hybrid role – 50% onsite required
