The Project Administrator will support project management and field operations by providing technical and administrative assistance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.

Location: Frederick, MD
Job Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
- Assist Project Manager with tracking the overall progress of a project in support of all project goals and deliverables.
- Review and analyze project documentation and specifications to fully understand the scope of work and ensure compliance with contract requirements throughout the submittal process.
- Manage and track all project documentation, including submittals, closeout documents, and procurement of critical and long-lead materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate tracking logs for submittals, equipment, and closeout items to support timely project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project documentation milestones are met.
- Manage the communication, collection, and dissemination of technical information between Warner Mechanical, subcontractors and reviewing agencies.
- Attend internal and external project meetings and distribute relevant updates or action items as needed.
- Provide Field Supervision with project assistance to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted properly.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Approach all tasks with professionalism, a collaborative team spirit, and a client-focused attitude.
- Demonstrate dependability as well as support for company policies.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, One Drive).
- Ability to use or learn to use Bluebeam Revu.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to learn basic understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems, including contract plans and terminology.
- Attention to detail to follow instruction and/or direction from supervisors.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
- Must be a self-motivator and team participant.
- Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Experience in the mechanical/plumbing contracting industry preferred.
