We're looking for a skilled AutoCAD Drafter to join the team in Frederick. You'll support engineering and project teams by turning concepts into accurate, detailed technical drawings. It's a great long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a stable, well-established operation.

Details

• Create 2 dimensional detailed technical drawings and elevations using AutoCAD.
• Review project specs and collaborate with engineering, PMs, and field teams.
• Prepare and update drawings as project details evolve.

Responsibilities

• Modify existing drawings based on feedback from GCs, construction managers, architects, and engineers.
• Maintain organized version control across multiple projects.
• Conduct site visits when needed to gather field information.

Requirements

• 2+ years of CAD drafting experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices
• Ability to create precise schematics and technical drawings
• Experience supporting civil, architectural, or engineering drafting
• Excellent attention to detail and organization
