Overview
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Guest Services Representative helps guests select the right cake for celebrations and ensures orders are accurate and delivered smoothly. You’ll create a welcoming environment and contribute to a community of generosity, happiness, and joy.
Responsibilities- Assist guests with cake selections and take and process orders.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and foster a positive guest experience.
- Support the team in daily bakery operations and customer service.
- Flexible work schedules and early closing hours for evenings.
- Casual dress code (T-shirts and sneakers).
- Cake discounts.
- Opportunities to learn and grow within the role.
