As a Client Care Specialist / CSR for us, you will be the voice of our company! You get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. You must have a positive, friendly disposition that comes through in all your interactions by phone and through the computer. Your primary responsibilities will be to answer incoming calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, scheduling, and general client concerns.
As a scheduling wizard, when you book appointments, you always find ways to maximize the technician's mileage and time without compromising the customer's experience. You don't mind making outbound calls to book, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments.
If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our CSR team!
