We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Assist Sr. Project Manager in daily tasks, change orders, submittals, etc.
- occasional site visits to check onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with General Contractors, other subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients/owners
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Experience in high level problem solving and decision making
- Experience working with drywall and paint
- Previous work experience with a General Contractor is a bonus
- Familiarity with construction management software
