• Manage the full AR cycle for commercial construction projects.
• Prepare and submit AIA billings to GCs and customers.
• Ensure billing aligns with job costs, contracts, and change orders.
• Apply cash receipts, reconcile AR, and support WIP and month‑end close.
• Serve as the AR point of contact for project managers and leadership.

• Construction accounting experience required.
• Hands‑on AIA billing experience.
• Strong understanding of job costing.
• Pro Contractor experience a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and collaborative.
