Midas is looking for a mature person to manage the front desk of a busy automotive repair facility. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in service writing and customer service.
Responsibilities- Consult and interpret customer needs for the mechanics.
- Serve as point of contact for customers and technicians regarding service tickets.
- Must have ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Listen to customers and arrange for appropriate services for their vehicles.
- Set and manage realistic expectations for the service delivery to the customer.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicles and completion times.
- Previous experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license.
- Good work ethics.
- An outgoing and friendly personality and the ability to work in a team environment.
Salary and benefits are negotiable. EOE
