** Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire)-Frederick, MD*
* **$20-$26 per/hour (depending on experience)*
* ** Position Overview*
* Our client is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team full-time.  This is an on-site, temp-to-hire with the opportunity to transition to a permanent position within 6090 days based on performance and business needs.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Answer and manage incoming phone calls

+ Perform general administrative and online office tasks

+ Assist with contract-related administrative work

+ Maintain organized records and support daily office operations

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Several years of administrative or office support experience

+ Ability to read lengthy documents and researching skills

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Comfortable working independently in a professional office environment full-time

+ Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

** Work Schedule*
* + Monday - Friday

+ 40 hours per week
