Position Summary
This position supports the Registration and Records functions for the College and the operations of the Registration and Records (R&R) team. The Registration and Records Associate supports the Assistant Registrar as the primary contact for students, parents, staff, and other stakeholders relating to registration processes and educational records for undergraduate (UGRD) classes and processes. The Registration and Records Associate assists students with registration for UGRD classes and student record requests.
This position requires a high-level attention to detail and accuracy. Additionally, this position provides customer support services to the public on behalf of the department using a variety of styles and approaches that reflect an understanding and acceptance of the role of culture in a diverse, multicultural workplace.

Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in using student information database systems such as People Soft.
- Strong customer service skills, with experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to interpret and apply academic policies, administrative procedures, and FERPA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Extensive experience managing registration processes within a student information database system in a higher education setting, ensuring seamless enrollment procedures for students.
- Experience maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as People Soft.
- Experience with Perceptive Content or document management system.
