Position: Work Control Center Specialist I (Full Time, Frederick)

Work Control Center Specialist I – Full Time (Frederick, MD)

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a dedicated Work Control Center Specialist I to manage day‑to‑day operations and coordinate maintenance requests for large projects.

Responsibilities
  • Serves as a point of contact to staff, clients, vendors, and outside agencies.
  • Responds to inquiries for maintenance issues.
  • Assists in the day‑to‑day administration and scheduling for large projects, emergency requests for services, and preventive maintenance through the Computerized Maintenance Management Information System (CMMS).
  • Administers and coordinates the necessary documentation for applicable regulatory compliance.
  • Performs various administrative duties for Integrated Operations requiring excellent customer service and problem‑solving capabilities.
Requirements
  • High School education/equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years’ work experience required.
  • Experience with CMMS preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time‑management and office administration skills to administer schedules and management information systems for a large department. Ability to maintain accurate bookkeeping and budget records.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft software, calculator, and other automated office equipment.

Salary

Pay is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to years and level of related experience. Estimated range: $60,000.00–$85,000.00 (Frederick, MD).
