Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + Bonus Potential (targeting mid-$70s depending on experience).
Location: Frederick, MD.

- Support general ledger accounting and assist with journal entries and month‑end close
- Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances
- Assist with financial reporting and portfolio‑level accounting tasks
- Code and process invoices while supporting automated invoice workflows
- Maintain accurate accounting records and provide documentation support for audits and internal reporting
- Gain exposure across property accounting functions, including portfolio financials, reconciliations, and invoice processing, providing well‑rounded accounting experience
- Support various accounting functions across the portfolio depending on team needs, offering strong learning and growth opportunities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Internship experience (preferably around one year) or 1+ year of accounting experience
- Full‑cycle AP experience
- Check run experience
- Ability to handle invoice volume
- Basic Excel proficiency (sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
- Foundational understanding of accounting principles and eagerness to learn
