What You’ll Do:
- Process and code invoices, including high-volume utility billing
- Track approvals and follow up to ensure timely payments
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor records and ensure W-9 and 1099 compliance
- Assist with weekly payment runs and batch posting
- Support bank and treasury check resolution
- Contribute to AP automation and process improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ year of Accounts Payable experience
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)
- Basic Excel skills (totals, subtotals) plus proficiency with Word and Outlook
- Experience working with AP systems (ERP or AP automation platforms)
- Exposure to real estate or property management accounting
