Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process and code invoices, including high-volume utility billing
• Track approvals and follow up to ensure timely payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and ensure W-9 and 1099 compliance
• Assist with weekly payment runs and batch posting
• Support bank and treasury check resolution
• Contribute to AP automation and process improvement initiatives

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• High school diploma or GED (college coursework preferred)
• Basic Excel skills (totals, subtotals) plus proficiency with Word and Outlook
• Experience working with AP systems (ERP or AP automation platforms)
• Exposure to real estate or property management accounting
