We're seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Frederick, CO.
At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.
We offer:
- Starting Annual Salary - $95,000 to $128,750
- Up to $5,000 Relocation Package

Qualifications
Education:
- Must have graduated or be graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Licensure:
- Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred
