Overview
Otter Products is hiring a Machine Operator to join our 3rd shift Distribution Team in Frederick, CO. The Machine Operator completes routine assignments with moderate supervision, following established standard operating procedures, to operate production machines, based on assignment, supporting the successful execution of distribution center operations. This role safely and effectively operates production machines that may include but are not limited to box machine, label machines, frustration free packaging (FFP) machine, glue machine, and knock down flat packaging (KDF) machine, etc.

- Operate automation line including box machine, label machines, glue machine, frustration free packaging (FFP) machine and knock down flat packaging (KDF) machines in a safe manner
- Work closely with preventive maintenance and shift supervisor to troubleshoot issues
- Perform general maintenance on machines and troubleshoot various mechanical issues
- Manage the work flow to keep the machine running optimal levels
- Maintain and preserve all production equipment by performing regular maintenance checks
- Exercise safety precautions in all operations and follow all policies and regulations
- Optimize the line including order change overs and component replenishment
- Delegate job assignments of assemblers
- Escalate issues when necessary to achieve resolution
- Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of one year of experience in operating material handling equipment is required
- Experience with consumer goods warehouse and distribution operation processes preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older (due to working with machinery/equipment)

For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range MaximumUSD $22.00/Hr.
