Finanzberater (Einstieg) Fixum + Boni
Quereinstieg in die Finanz- & Vorsorgeberatung – ohne Versicherungsprodukte. Fokus auf 3a/3b, ETF‑Sparpläne, Vorsorgefonds und Budgetplanung.

Deutsch (B2+) - Lohn: CHF 1500–7500/Monat OTE (Fixum + Boni; je nach Pensum & Leistung)
- Kundensituationen analysieren und einfache Finanz‑/Vorsorgekonzepte (3a/3b, ETF‑Sparpläne) erstellen.
- Beratungsgespräche online & vor Ort durchführen;
Angebote ausarbeiten, Nachbearbeitung im CRM. - Bestand betreuen, Feedback einholen und Empfehlungen aufbauen.
- Du magst Kundendialog & klare Lösungen;
Zahlenaffinität von Vorteil. - Eigenständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise;
Abschlussstärke. - Mind. Deutsch B2; Führerausweis B von Vorteil.
- Gezielte Fachtrainings & Praxisübungen statt trockener Theorie.
- Digitale Beratungstools & stabiles Setup für Hybrid‑Termine.
- Arbeite flexibel – mit Gestaltungsfreiheit im Alltag.
