• ✅ MIG Welding & Fabrication - Work with Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium.
• ✅ Reading & Interpreting Technical Drawings - Training provided if needed.
• ✅ Working to Production Targets - Ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• ✅ Maintaining Equipment & PPE - Keeping tools and welding helmets in top condition.
• ✅ Health & Safety Compliance - Operating safely in line with company policies.

• 🎯 Experienced Welders - Strong background in MIG welding? We want to hear from you!
• 🎯 Semi-Skilled Welders - Some welding experience? We'll provide training to develop your skills further.
• 🎯 Trainee Welders - Eager to learn? If you have a keen interest in welding and fabrication, we offer on-the-job training to help you gain confidence and skills.
• 🎯 Strong Attention to Detail - Producing high-quality work to exact specifications.
• 🎯 Ability to Work in a Team - Collaborating with colleagues to meet production targets.

• ✨ Guaranteed 39 hours per week (Monday - Friday) + Overtime Opportunities.
• ✨ Night Shift Allowance for those working night shifts.
• ✨ 33 Days Holiday per year (28 days with average holiday pay + 5 days basic pay).
