* We are representing a leading manufacturer based in Aberdeenshire, part of a larger manufacturing Group, looking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager who will take ownership of site quality performance, lead a dedicated technical team, and ensure compliance with customer, legislative, and accreditation standards.

The Role
As the site Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining food safety, product integrity, and quality compliance across the factory. You’ll work closely with production teams, champion best practice, and act as a key point of contact during internal and external audits.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the site quality team to ensure products meet agreed standards and customer specifications.
* Supporting and influencing operational teams to maintain and improve compliance.
* Managing quality systems, HACCP, and site audit standards.
* Acting as a primary contact for customer requirements and retailer expectations.
* Preparing for and hosting third-party audits.
* Deputising for the Technical Manager when required.
* Driving a continuous improvement culture across the site.
About You
You’ll be a strong quality professional with the ability to lead, influence, and maintain excellent standards in a fast-paced environment.
You should bring:
* Quality management experience within the food manufacturing sector.
* Strong working knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation and retailer standards.
* Experience working with multiple major UK retailers (preferred).
* A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Confident communication and leadership skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
* A resilient, hands-on approach and a passion for continually raising standards.
